Typical Flex A Lease Requirements

Must be 21 years of age
Valid MS or LA drivers license
Local residence within 40 miles of Vicksburg
A minimum of $1,200 per month gross income
Job time of 6 months or longer
Payroll Check Stubs or Proof of Income
Copy of Lease or Utility Bill in your name
Earnest Money Down Payment
Full Coverage Insurance
Desire to make All Payments on Time
